(1) One (1) registration is for one (1) person only, additional persons will have to be registered individually. Unregistered individuals may not be admitted due to capacity limitations.
(2) I will adhere to and comply with all safety requirements and instructions required of me as set by the organisers or venue provider.
(3) I hereby declare that all information provided is accurate.
(4) There may be a photographer present at our events and by attending you give us permission to use any general crowd photos you appear in on our website or for marketing purposes. We do not accept responsibility and expressly exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for: any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during an event organised by the group unless caused by the negligence of the organisers or its representatives; or death or any personal injury suffered by you at the event unless caused by the negligence of the organisers and or volunteers.
(5) Due to capacity limitations, please note that registrations are on a first-come-first-serve basis and participants will be informed if their registration is successful.
